Whilst we are all loving Als new board, and yes I do visit every day (is that sad). I do have one minor point to make. I think it would be good to have the
"postcards" sent in by fans to be put on the board in a last in first card to be read. Ortherwise you haver to trawl through the whole list of cards
to get to the last/most recent post. A minor point I am sure, still, get you questions and messages in and lets make the board an active and well used board.

Mitty, sorry it has taken so long for me to write back. I just got your response today (6/25) and I see you wrote it on 6/2. I haven't been to the board
in a while so there is a couple weeks lag time. Man, you are probably the only one who understands the "hamburger" reference. My brother and I joke
when we hear a 70's Beach Boys song that maybe is not as strong as some of their other 70's material, that it is probably a "hamburger song."
I'm thinking...

Brian, you trivia devil, throwing in the "hamburger" reference. Are you referring to Brian Wilson in his Landy days, when Brian was
"rewarded" with a burger for writing a song? And with regard to your favorites list, like you, I prefer the more obscure stuff. And yes, Today is
an awesome album. It epitomizes the California sound circa mid-sixties. Lyrically more advanced than their previous work, and musically nearly as
sophisticated as Pet Sounds. It still sounds...

Hi, "Mitty." Thanks for responding to my question. Hmm, I like a lot of the more obscure tracks, which Holland does have. As far as a favorite
album, that would be tough. I like the Today album, Friends, 20/20, along with Sunflower. Pet Sounds and the other obvious ones were too easy to choose so
that's why I didn't say them. Yes, I do like California Saga too. There are some good songs off of Love You and even MIU. There are some hamburger
songs too though.

Hey Brian,

My favorite Holland cuts are the entire California Saga suite, which turned me on to Steinbeck's writings, and Only With You, which I beieve is vastly
underrated. I also like Sail On Sailor, but I've never thought it had Beach Boys "feel" to it. What about you...what is your favorite BB album?

Hi Emdeeh, On Als new site there is no message board as such, just the postcard section, there is no "chat site" the site we were talking about a
little further down the board was the BBB site I think. Although I may be guilty of calling various sites message boards, no intention to mislead just a
figure of speech (I think). I will try and contact Tom Martin re the possibility of puting a chat site on the board it would be worth a try but as for how
much it would be used if...

At present I am visiting the board each day, there are over 60 cards posted now, and it does take some time to get to the last card posted. Still a great site
though, With the snippets I have of this album, with the quality of the songs and vocals I know what Cd is going to some serious air play in my home and car.
Could even take over the position held by the Friends album (the album I play most). Dave
